We are looking for a skilled and responsible Accountant for Aparajito 24 Foundation who also has strong technical capabilities alongside accounting expertise.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the NGO sector

• Experience in facing at least one external audit

• Clear understanding of website management and basic technical operations

• Strong documentation and reporting skills

• Good knowledge of internal control systems in accounting

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting and financial operations of the organization

• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and expense statements

• Ensure proper fund management and reporting in line with NGO standards

• Maintain and update financial and administrative documentation accurately

• Ensure proper internal control systems in accounting and financial procedures

• Provide basic technical support, including website updates and data management

• Support management with financial analysis and technical tasks as required

Additional Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and related accounting software

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to meet deadlines and work responsibly
