Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in accounting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ACCA, Accounting, Accounting Software
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closely monitor and operate all payments and expenditure
∎ Complete Admission & other Registration
∎ Preparing and maintaining cheque register, asset register and Vat & Tax register etc
∎ Individual must be able to examine and prepare all journal vouchers and other documents related with Accounts
∎ Solve billing disputes (analyze and compare records, prepare paperwork, communicate with customer/vendor billing department) also handle collection of outstanding balances.
∎ Ensure Vat & Tax deduction compliant with Government rules and regulations
∎ Maintain Organizational accounts (Cash book/ Bank Book/ Ledger etc)
∎ Preparing and maintaining all the vouchers and bills requisition timely
∎ Manage petty cash and verify the bill voucher of petty cash expenses
∎ Identify variances in actual expenditure and the budget
∎ Communicate with the banks
∎ Reconcile the Bank Accounts regularly
∎ Coordinate with the internal & external auditors during audits and prepare financial audit
∎ Prepare financial report & budget variance report as per need
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Able to work independently
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Bangla and English
∎ Well conversant with accounting software
∎ Skill Required: Advanced Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) & Accounting Software (Tally)
∎ Should have good personality, honesty & integrity
