Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage daily cash transaction.
- Keep track of the organization’s accounts and daily balances.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, receipts, and accounts.
- Handle Bank transactions and deposits.
- Assist in preparing the Office’s Financial reports and Documentation.
- Check the daily fund position and transmit it to the appropriate person.
- Support in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable – invoices, payments, follow-ups.
