Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Fresh / Recent graduates aspiring to build-up career as a Structural Engineer.
∎ B.SC. Engineering (Civil)

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 years of design experience in a reputable consulting firm would be treated as an added qualification.
∎ Should be honest and have professional integrity.
∎ Conversant with ACI 318, AISC and ASTM 7 Codes
∎ Well conversant with the design procedure of following Concrete Elements. Design experience is not needed.
∎ a) Slabs (including flat slabs)
∎ b) Beams and Columns
∎ c) Footings, Pile Caps, Mat Foundation
∎ Should have basic knowledge of Prestressed Concrete Design
∎ Excellent in Excel. Should be able to develop excel spreadsheets for complex repetitive design works and data processing.
∎ Willing to put in extra hours to meet schedule.
∎ Willing to work unconventional hours to match with California time, particularly at the beginning, when frequent interaction is needed.
∎ Familiarity with ETABS, SAP, SAFE, ADAPT or RAM programs will be treated as added qualification.
∎ Familiarity with Earthquake Design will be treated as added qualification.
