Responsibilities & Context:
∎ He will take sales orders of his appointed distributors through Sales Officers and prepare invoice and delivery permission sheet as per company policy.
∎ He will regularly maintain individual ledger of each distributor which is pre-formatted.
∎ The reports have to be maintained in Microsoft Excel that basically include the distributor outstanding (ledger), day-to-day sales, market collection, performance reports of the sales team and payment records. The worksheets and reports are very straight forward and pre-formatted.
∎ He will directly report to the Director (Finance & Foreign Affairs) and the Managing Director on need basis.
∎ He should be able to summarize and present the reports verbally during weekly and monthly meetings when needed. Commitments:
∎ Full time
∎ Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
∎ Working Hours: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm (May need to work extra hours during Meetings and in case of emergency)
∎ Salary: Basic: Tk. 20,000; Allowance: Tk. 2,000 = Tk. 22,000 per month (Lunch will be provided from office)·
∎ Increment will be ensured on performance basis every year.
∎ Male employee.
∎ Age: 22-35 years.
∎ Educational background is preferred in accounting or any subject of Business Administration (Undergraduate) from any educational institution of Bangladesh.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Should be well acquainted with basic formulas and links of worksheets and workbooks of excel files.
∎ Should have a polite and patient personality.
∎ Work Experience: 1.5 years and above.
∎ Typing speed should be good.
∎ Should be well acquainted with Bijoy Bangla Keyboard Layout.
∎ About the role :
∎ We are looking for a suitable male employee for the role of Account Executive who will operate from our Head Office (Address: House no. 13, Road no. 08, Sector 10, Uttara, Dhaka 1230) and will directly work with his designated Divisional Sales Manager and the Head of Accounts.
∎ Responsibilities:
