∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the team in the implementation of the global education program.
∎ Confidently research, identify and engage new potential partners to maximize efficiencies of working
∎ Manage existing partner relationships whilst identifying opportunities to maximize further opportunities for working
∎ Develop and submit proposals to relevant entities conferences, presentations.
∎ Support the collection and data analysis, and reporting of our research & monitoring and evaluation processes.
∎ Lead the education team with curriculum creation and training resource curation.
∎ Any other duties from time to time at the request of the Management Team

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years of professional experience in educational institutes or other relevant sectors.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
∎ Flexibility and can cope with a stressful workload.
∎ Leadership skills of managing an education program.
∎ Demonstrable technical expertise, in the assessment of design and delivery of programming, in Education, including monitoring and evaluation.
∎ Strong understanding and demonstrated ability and experience to train others on international standards related to education.
∎ Strong understanding of humanitarian standards (Sphere etc.)
