Responsibilities & Context:
∎ এসি ইনস্টলেশন ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ নতুন এয়ার কন্ডিশনার (AC) ইউনিট ইনস্টল করা।
∎ পুরাতন এসির সার্ভিসিং ও মেরামত করা।
∎ এসির কার্যক্ষমতা নিয়মিত পরীক্ষা করা।
∎ ত্রুটি সনাক্তকরণ ও মেরামতএসির যেকোনো সমস্যা চিহ্নিত করা ও সমাধান করা। বৈদ্যুতিক বা যান্ত্রিক ত্রুটি নির্ণয় করা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় অংশ পরিবর্তন করা।
∎ গ্যাস রিফিল ও লিকেজ মেরামত এসির গ্যাস (Refrigerant) চেক করা ও রিফিল করা।লিকেজ হলে তা চিহ্নিত করে ঠিক করা।ইলেকট্রিক্যাল ও মেকানিক্যাল মেরামতকম্প্রেসর, কন্ডেন্সার, ফ্যান, থার্মোস্ট্যাট ইত্যাদি অংশ পরীক্ষা ও মেরামত করা।
∎ এসির ইলেকট্রিক্যাল কানেকশন চেক ও সমস্যা সমাধান করা।কাস্টমার সার্ভিস ও পরামর্শ প্রদান গ্রাহকদের এসি ব্যবহারের সঠিক নির্দেশনা প্রদান করা।
∎ এসির রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ সম্পর্কে পরামর্শ দেওয়া। নিয়মিত পরীক্ষা ও রিপোর্ট তৈরি প্রতিটি ইনস্টলেশন ও সার্ভিসের রেকর্ড রাখা।
∎ কাজ শেষে রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা এবং ম্যানেজমেন্ট বা ক্লায়েন্টকে জানানো।
∎ নিরাপত্তা বিধি মেনে কাজ করা বৈদ্যুতিক সরঞ্জাম ও গ্যাস হ্যান্ডলিংয়ের সময় নিরাপত্তা নিয়ম মেনে চলা।
∎ প্রয়োজনীয় সুরক্ষা সরঞ্জাম ব্যবহার করা।
∎ এই দায়িত্বগুলো একজন এসি টেকনিশিয়ান এক্সপার্ট-এর প্রধান কাজ, যা দক্ষতা ও অভিজ্ঞতার ভিত্তিতে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
∎ এসি ইনস্টলেশন ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ নতুন এয়ার কন্ডিশনার (AC) ইউনিট ইনস্টল করা।

∎ এসির কার্যক্ষমতা নিয়মিত পরীক্ষা করা।
