∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Candidate has to be self-motivated, highly productive and with a reliable working attitude.
∎ Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills, both written and oral English.
∎ Adequate experience to manage job independently having multi-tasking ability.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good in planning & analytical skills having record keeping ability for reports: well conversant on MS Office, MS Power Point and email communication etc. and Modern system adaptability & Creativity.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Practical experience working with various types and brands of AC systems including split, window, VRF, duct, and panel AC’s.
∎ Strong ability to quickly and accurately identify system faults and implement effective troubleshooting solutions.
∎ In-depth knowledge of VRF systems, including installation, repair, and preventive maintenance. Skilled in installing new AC units and ensuring accurate testing and commissioning procedures.
∎ Proficient in operating a wide range of VRF tools and equipment.
∎ Well-versed in the safe handling, charging, and recovery of refrigerants following proper protocols.
∎ Fully aware of electrical safety practices and risks associated with high-voltage systems and wiring tasks.
∎ To be strictly abide by the compliance standard stipulated by the management from time to time.
∎ Assure the service and repair of all AC system/equipment to have in perfect running condition at all times.
∎ Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
