∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters Degree + Specialized professional and/or educational leadership is highly preferable.

∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Curriculum/ Program Development, teaching and training
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School, Training Institutes

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Apply curriculum knowledge and teaching methods that facilitate successful learning.
∎ Develop and maintain good working relationships.
∎ To ensure that children and young people play a meaningful and active role in learning that can truly reflect their interests, needs, and enthusiasm.
∎ Provide a balanced and challenging program relevant to the needs of the students.
∎ Assisting in aligning the Mastermind Abacus curriculum standards.
∎ Monitoring student performance together with the classroom teachers and specialist teacher.
∎ To ensure all program activity is carried out with due regard to health and safety and the safeguarding of children and young people.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ We prefer the candidates who are goal oriented and can handle jobs under pressure
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Complete one curriculum project during the training program, including developing an original lesson plan, delivering the material, and evaluating the results
∎ Presentation skills
∎ Provide guidance, training, mentoring, and support to assigned staff and monitor the quality of Abacus teaching method and development.
∎ Possess a strong Passion for teaching young children. Only for those serious in imparting knowledge to children of our future
∎ Outstanding communication skill will always get preference just after the merit
