Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture, Master of Architecture (M.Arch) in Architecture
∎ Diploma in Graphic Design /3D Visualization or related subject
∎ Training/Trade Course: Trade Course of Graphic Designing 3D Visualization
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Graphic Designing 3D Visualization
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working closely with architecture and design team to plan and visualize Architectural projects details.
∎ Presenting and explaining visuals to the management.
∎ Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible.
∎ Visualizing building and landscape concepts in various graphic mediums.
∎ Keeping up-to-date with relevant software advances.
∎ Ability to understand and handle architectural CAD Drawings
∎ Capable of modeling projects from minimum sketches, supervision and coordinate with architecture department.
∎ Provide efficient modeling converting of data sets from CAD or another 3D modeling package.
∎ Work on Architecture 3D modeling, up rapping, texturing, lighting, camera animation, rendering on visual and walk-through project.
∎ Ability to create extremely photo realistic Exterior, Interior, Landscape, Visuals and animation using V-Ray/Corona Renderer/Lumion.
∎ 3D modeling in 3D max, Lumion, Sketchup.
∎ Professional rendering.
∎ 3D animation.

∎ Age at least 28 years
