Responsibilities & Context:
Bezpoke is a premium lifestyle brand specializing in imported Italian and Chinese flooring, luxury bathroom fittings, modular kitchens, wardrobes, lighting, high-end furniture, and custom design services. As we scale our operations and shift to a new corporate location, we are looking for a visionary leader to drive our marketing and sales efforts. Role Overview:The 3D Visualizer & CAD Operator will transform design concepts into detailed 3D renders and technical drawings. This role ensures clients visualize the proposed solutions and provides precise layouts for execution and costing.
Key Responsibilities:
Create 3D renders of interior spaces using software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Lumion.
Draft technical drawings and floor plans in AutoCAD.
Work alongside the design team to update visuals based on feedback.
Prepare presentation-ready visuals for sales and client meetings.
Coordinate with the site engineer and architect for accurate detailing.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in 3D visualization and CAD drafting.

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or Visual Arts
Proficiency in 3Ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp,AutoCAD, and Photoshop
Strong understanding of interior detailing, materials, and proportions.
Eye for composition, lighting, and realism in renders.
