Job Context:
∎ Looking for a 3d modeling and rendering professional for all kinds of architectural interior and exterior design.
∎ Should be able to work from office in Mohakhali DOHS.
∎ The designer is required to work for a Malaysian firm, who are looking to hire ambitious designer with office running capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving and completing a design task within a given deadline.
∎ Communicate with client or Malaysian representatives and gather details about client requirements.
∎ Design accurate models based on measurements provided.
∎ Have a good understanding on architectural drawings.
∎ Ability to solve technical issues regarding software.
∎ Fast and consistent delivery of accurate drawings.
∎ Self-motivating and proactive while researching project.
∎ Willingness to self-develop.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ At least 2 years' experience as a Designer.
∎ Basic Knowledge in architectural design.
∎ Ability to use Sketchup modeling software is a must.
∎ Ability to use Render engines Enscape, VRay, Lumion.
∎ Experience with Adobe Photoshop will be given Priority
∎ Experience in Interior Design firms will be given priority.
∎ Should have willingness to cooperate and learn from team leaders.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ (Negotiable)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance Bonus and Attendance Bonus will be there monthly
∎ Transportation costs and food cost will be compensated by company.
∎ Probation period - 3 months. (After ending probation salary can be re-negotiated.)
