∎ Training/Trade Course: 3D
∎ Skills Required: 3d Design, 3D Max, 3D Modeling, Maya, Substance Painter
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3d Design, 3D Modeling
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will measure the 3D output quality from process aspects (Photo-realism match) and trigger the defects back to artists with relevant feedback for systemic fix
∎ Maintain consistently high standards for accuracy, aesthetics, and productivity
∎ Performs quantitative analysis of key process indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must demonstrate an understanding of technical art production and end-to-end modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing.
∎ Fast turnaround on both hard-surface and organic modeling is a must.
∎ Must be very well versed in 3D domain and its related Software. Preferably 3DS MAX, MAYA and Substance Painter
∎ Excellent communications, Presentation and Interpersonal skills
∎ Uses data to drive decisions related to operational issues and highlights issues to be corrected.
∎ Monitoring & Coordinating E2E 3D Quality improvement.
∎ Responsible for effective planning and execution for onboarding the new task without impacting quality.
∎ Root cause analysis for Quality and take necessary steps to avoid the same problem from happening again.
∎ Proactively identify the defects in the process and suggest solutions to prevent the defects
∎ Experienced in training and mentoring the process associates
Salary: Negotiable
