Job Context:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled 1st Class Boiler Incharge to manage, operate, and maintain high-pressure boilers of our knit dyeing factory. The candidate must ensure safe operation, fuel efficiency, and compliance with statutory regulations..

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain high-pressure steam boilers as per factory requirements.

• Monitor boiler operation, fuel consumption, water levels, and steam pressure.

• Perform routine checks, inspection, and preventive maintenance of boiler equipment.

• Coordinate with utility, maintenance, and production teams for uninterrupted operations.

• Operate and maintain the factory boiler system ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation.

• Monitor steam generation and distribution for dyeing, finishing, and other sections.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations regarding boiler operations.

• Carry out regular inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of boilers and related equipment.

• Keep proper log records of boiler performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.

• Supervise and train supporting staff related to boiler operation.

• Ensure efficient fuel consumption and cost control.
