Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop DSC and ASC as per guideline set by management
∎ Provide guide line on service repair process and implementation system for product service
∎ Plan for improving revenue through out of warranty jobs and spare parts business
∎ Visit ASC & showroom as per visit calendar, and provide guideline on improvement areas and findings
∎ Performance Monitoring and Set Action Plan
∎ Financial target VS achievement relating to out of warranty jobs and spare parts
∎ Spare parts fulfillment for ASC and DSC as per requirement
∎ Monitor RTAT (Repair Turn Around Time) report
∎ Regularly monitor customer issues other than that has arose 1st time notification or non-product related in nature
∎ NPS improving· Training and Development· Prepare training calendar for ASC Manpower
∎ As per organization policy maintain administrative works for the zone
∎ Inform supervisors on any issue arising that is out of scope
∎ Any relevant task assigned by management
