∎ Knowledge of local transportation regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Fleet Management: Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are maintained and in good working condition.
∎ Schedule regular maintenance and repairs, coordinating with service providers.
∎ Monitor and manage fleet expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations.
∎ Maintain detailed records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations.
∎ Ensure all drivers adhere to company policies and safety standards.
∎ Guest Coordination: Manage guest transportation, accomodation logistics, ensuring timely and efficient service.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to ensure guests' needs are met.
∎ Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
∎ Maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality in all guest interactions.
∎ Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with local and national transportation regulations.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports on fleet operations and guest services.
∎ Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
∎ Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
∎ Provide training and support to drivers and other team members as needed.
