Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising, managing, and monitoring the day-to-day activities of the service engineers and technicians
∎ Maintain daily record of repair and service of vehicles undertaken and completed, as well as Proper management of all servicing records
∎ Workshop revenue: labor, oil, and parts; capacity utilization; productivity study; and infrastructure enhancement (workshop capacity, tools, and equipment).
∎ Dealing with customers' complaints and solving the issues effectively to prompt the CSI score
∎ Carry out troubleshooting, servicing, and overhauling work.
∎ Educate customers on maintaining their vehicles free from troubles and problems.
∎ Regular MIS, warranty MIS, and product feedback through EVTR and coordination with TM, RAM, and other departments.
∎ Provide PDI (pre-delivery inspection) facilities, check the quality and performance of the motorcycle, and report it to the PDI or assembly plant for correction.
∎ Process implementation, billing, requisition, A/C, VAT, and all kinds of administrative work in the timeline
∎ Develop and train the team to enhance the technical skills up to date
∎ Planning and effective execution of various after-sales promotional activities
∎ Coordinate with all service in charge and assist HOD as per requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong technical experience in the motor vehicle industry (minimum 5-8 years) with a proven and successful track record
∎ Excellent analytical skills and very strong accounting principles.
∎ Effective planning and efficient execution are key to the role.
∎ Strong project management skills.
∎ Computer expertise, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Knowledge in the following areas is required: personnel management; oral and written communications; and evaluation.
