Responsibilities & Context:
∎ অফিসে কর্মকতা/কর্মচারীবৃন্দ এবং অথিতি অপ্যায়নের কাজ।
∎ অফিসের প্রয়োজনীয় ফাইল গুছিয়ে রাখা।
∎ কর্তপক্ষের নিদের্শে অফিসিয়িল কাজে বাহিরে যেতে হবে।
∎ পোশাক পরিষ্কার পরিচ্চন্ন হতে হবে এবং অফিস সবসময় পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখা।
∎ প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রয়োজনীয়তা অনুযাযী যখন যে কাজ বা দায়িত্ব অর্পন করা হবে তা সঠিকভাবে পালনকরা।
∎ ম্যানেজমেন্ট থেকে নির্দেশনাবলি / আদেশ অনুসরন করা।
∎ অফিসত্যাগের পূর্বে সমস্তলাইট, এসি, ফ্যান, দরজা এবং জানালা ইত্যাদি বন্ধকরন নিশ্চিতকরা।
∎ অফিসের কম্পিউটার গুলো মুছা এবং বিভিন্ন টেবিল চেয়ার গুলো পরিষ্কার করা।
∎ কম্পিউটার এর সাধারণ কাজ জানা থাকলে আলাদা অগ্রাধিকার পাবে।
∎ স্মার্ট মোবাইল চালানোর দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
