Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Motivate worker for retention.
∎ Motivate workers to reduce absenteeism.
∎ Motivate Workers to comply company's rules & procedure.
∎ Building awareness to workers for Health & Safety, Workers Rights etc.
∎ Maintain good housekeeping & Ensure Minimum grievance in production floor.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with factory staff and workers and handling grievances at the initial stage.
∎ Any other related job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years works in Garments (Woven) industry in Welfare/HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR/Welfare and should to target oriented.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Computer literacy preferred (MS Excel/Word, Internet, E-Mail)

Salary: Negotiable
