Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide the perfect service experience for every Guest
∎ Ensure the Guest feel important and welcome in the restaurant
∎ Ensure hot food/ drinks are hot and cold food/ drinks are cold
∎ Prepare tables by setting up linens, cutlery and glasses
∎ Adhere to timing standards for products and services
∎ Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
∎ Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage
∎ Inform customers about the day's specials
∎ Serve the Guest in an accommodating manner
∎ Looks for ways to avoid waste and limit costs
∎ Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
∎ Report to property on time and in proper uniform
∎ Follow all relevant health department regulations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress or other service providing roles. Hotel / restaurant experience is preferred.
∎ Attentiveness and patience for customers
∎ Active listening and effective communication skills
∎ Flexibility to work in shifts
∎ Physical fitness to be on your feet for the duration of your shift and carry food and beverages
∎ Must be able to consolidate and coordinate needs for all tables within their station
∎ Must be able to work in a team environment
∎ High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and food safety training is a plus
∎ Languages: Fluency in spoken and written English and Bengali
