Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's or master's degree in management/human resources/finance /hospitality or other related field.

Job Context:
∎ Duration: Open ended contract, after six-month probation period.
∎ Position: Full-time and available immediately.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial & Asset Management:
∎ Manage and oversee the NRC's moveable and immoveable assets, maintain the inventory, ensure upkeep of premises through maintenance planning and ad hoc maintenance, when required.
∎ Manage guesthouse bookings, guest registration, payments, etc.
∎ Manager and ensure accurate financial accounts, cash management, etc.
∎ Maintain asset records and ensure proper maintenance of buildings, facilities, and equipment.
∎ Procurement Management:
∎ Propose, procure, and maintain various services contracts.
∎ Together with the procurement officer, carry out necessary procurements.
∎ Oversee the procurement process and ensure the procedures are followed correctly.
∎ Staff Management:
∎ Participate in recruitment, selection, engagement, management, and discipline of staff, when required.
∎ Seek and explore professional development opportunities for staff.
∎ Conduct yearly performance evaluations of his/her direct subordinates, in collaboration with relevant NRC board members.
∎ Set monthly objectives & rosters for the staff and ensure all staff have accurate and updated position descriptions.
∎ Hospitality, Sports & Events:
∎ Organize and maintain high standards in catering and food production, to include hygiene
∎ standards.
∎ Seek and respond to feedback from members, guesthouse guests, and NRC board members.
∎ Organize sporting and other NRC events.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Fluent in English (with minimal working knowledge of Bengali)
∎ Minimum of 5 years' management experience
∎ Experience in and good understanding of hospitality and service delivery industry sectors
∎ Previous restaurant/hotel experience
∎ Demonstrable management experience in Finance, Human Resources, and General Administration
∎ Independent and autonomous worker
∎ Experience in managing and motivating a large and diverse team
∎ Experience in working with an international team

Salary:
∎ Salary: To be determined, based on experience.
