Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for guest service at restaurant (Guest receiving, order taking, food serving, bill payment, feedback taking etc.)
∎ Follow up guest table, ensure guest satisfaction & gracefully handle any guest complaints.
∎ Responsible to guest table setup in the restaurant.
∎ Ensure cleanliness of guest table and service area properly before, after & during operation.
∎ Responsible for F&B inventory counting in closing shift.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferable HSC with a Diploma in Hospitality Management
∎ Specialization in Culinary arts or Food and Beverage Production with a Couse certification is preferable
∎ Good at MS Offices (Ms. word, excel & power point)
∎ Experience in using ERP or Other Inventory or Sales Software
∎ At least 2–3-year experience in the similar position with a large Restaurant of a Renowned Hotel/ Resort.
∎ By Attitude: Service Mindset, Smiley, Flexible & Team Player, Collaborative, can do Attitude & Can live up with limited Resource support.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Senior Waiters: 8000++ BDT Waiters: 4750-7600 BDT With food and accommodation (Subsidizes) Negotiable only for highly deserving candidate

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
