RAOWA Restaurant is looking for a polite, energetic, responsible, and customer-focused Restaurant Waiter to support our daily restaurant operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing professional food and beverage service to RAOWA members, guests, and customers while maintaining cleanliness, discipline, and service standards.

Job Responsibilities

1. Welcome and greet customers in a polite and professional manner.

2. Present menus and provide information about available food and beverage items.

3. Take customers’ food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/service team.

4. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

5. Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and arrangement before and after service.

6. Check customers’ satisfaction and respond to their requests courteously.

7. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and report them to the Supervisor when necessary.

8. Assist in clearing and cleaning tables, dining areas, and service stations.

9. Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, and personal cleanliness at all times.

10. Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and restaurant equipment.

11. Assist in maintaining adequate supplies at service stations.

12. Coordinate with kitchen staff, cashiers, and supervisors for smooth restaurant operations.

13. Follow all food safety, hygiene, health, and safety procedures.

14. Follow RAOWA's rules, regulations, dress code, and workplace discipline.

15. Assist during special events, official functions, receptions, and other restaurant activities.

16. Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor/Manager or competent authority.
