Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and welcome guests, escort them to their tables, and provide menus.
∎ Present menus to guests, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverage selections.
∎ Take accurate orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.
∎ Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and proper presentation.
∎ Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns.
∎ Anticipate guests' needs and provide assistance, such as refilling water glasses or providing additional condiments.
∎ Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure smooth and efficient service.
∎ Handle guest payments, process transactions accurately, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and dining utensils.
∎ Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
∎ Requirements:

∎ Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. We are willing to train candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
∎ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and food/beverage delivery.
∎ Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
∎ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.
∎ Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including an understanding of ingredients and preparation methods, is an advantage.
∎ A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
