Responsibilities & Context:
Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and informing them about daily specials
Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations
Record food and beverage orders accurately, considering any special requests or dietary restrictions
Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests in a timely manner
Ensure tables are set up according to the restaurant`s standards
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain a smooth work flow
Promote special menu items and beverages
Maintain a polished appearance and adhere to the restaurant’s uniform standards
Follow all restaurant policies, including health and safety guidelines
Perform assigned additional tasks given by the Restaurant Manager
