∎ Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
∎ Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and informing them about daily specials·
∎ Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations·
∎ Record food and beverage orders accurately, considering any special requests or dietary restrictions·
∎ Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests in a timely manner·
∎ Ensure tables are set up according to the restaurant's standards·
∎ Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery·
∎ Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain a smooth work flow·
∎ Promote special menu items and beverages·
∎ Maintain a polished appearance and adhere to the restaurant’s uniform standards·
∎ Follow all restaurant policies, including health and safety guidelines·
∎ Perform assigned additional tasks given by the Restaurant Manager
