∎ We are looking for smart, friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitresses to join our team at our Restaurant and Coffee Parlour. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, serving a diverse clientele.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Greeting customers warmly as they enter the restaurant or coffee parlour.
∎ Escorting guests to their tables and presenting menus.
∎ Taking accurate food and beverage orders from guests and entering them into the system.
∎ Providing recommendations and suggestions based on guests' preferences and dietary restrictions.
∎ Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests.
∎ Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and addressing any concerns or special requests.
∎ Clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
∎ Processing payments and handling cash and credit card transactions accurately.
∎ Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
∎ Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and work stations.
∎ Assisting with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down tables, cleaning equipment, and restocking supplies.
