"We are hiring a skilled and experienced Visa Processing Officer for our international embassy/visa center, who will be responsible for reviewing visa applications, verifying documents, and overseeing the entire visa processing workflow. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of immigration policies, expertise in document verification, and excellent customer service skills to ensure applicants receive timely, accurate, and transparent services."

 RESPONSIBILITIES

 Listed below are some job responsibilities that the visa processing officer should have: -

. Should have been experienced into visa processing field at least 4 years.

. Should have been experienced into Asian all and Europe some tourist visa processing field.

. Should be expert in Graphics Design

. Should be expert in Air Ticketing

. Should be expert in MS Office

. Should be expert in Photoshop.

. Able to visa Application review and Assessment

. Able to documents verification & Authenticity

. Need ability about Application Processing & Decision Making

. Need have Ethics and well Mannered.

Qualification

 Educational Requirements

.  Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)

.  Preferred fields of study:

o    International Relations

o    Business Administration

o    Law / Immigration Studies

.  Additional certification or training in visa processing or immigration procedures will be an advantage

.  Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)

.  Good command of English (both written and spoken)
