Responsibilities & Context:

MG Immigration is an immigration consulting firm led by an RCIC- Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. MG Immigration is seeking for an experienced Visa Application Processing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing visa applications after verifying documents provided by the clients according to the most recent immigration laws and regulations.

Job Description:

·        Be knowledgeable, detail-oriented and provide expert guidance to clients on tourist and student visa categories for the UK, USA, Australia, Canada and Schengen visa.

·        Review, verify, and processes visa applications, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and facilitating communication between applicants and authorities.

·        Review and verify supporting documents such as financial statements, sponsorship letters, and invitation letters.

·        Schedule interviews, visa appointments and assist clients in preparing for biometric submissions and interviews.

·        Address client queries regarding visa rejections, administrative processing, and appeal options.

·        Liaise with embassies, consulates, visa application centers (VACs), educational institutions and representatives for smooth processing.

·        Have strong understanding of visa application procedure, visa regulations and documentation requirements to ensure a seamless and successful visa process for clients.

·        Stay updated on immigration laws, international education trends, visa regulations and policies, and any changes in visa procedures.

Educational Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s from a reputed university

·        Extensive and relevant work experience can be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
