• Montessori, ECE, or ECD certification.
• Child Psychology background (optional).

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in educational leadership (Vice Principal/Principal).
• Experience in ECE, ECD, admissions, and teacher management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing Preschool and After-School programs.

Vice Principal / Principal at Kids Time Centre, Dhanmondi

Reports to: Head of Kids Time

Location: Dhanmondi, Dhaka

Job Overview: As Vice Principal/Principal, you will oversee education quality, drive student enrolment, ensure zero dropouts, and manage timely fee collection. You’ll lead demo classes, build strong parent relationships, and maintain high student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demo Classes & Enrolment: Conduct engaging demo classes, interact with parents, and convert leads into enrolments.
• Zero Dropout & Engagement: Monitor student progress, address concerns, and maintain regular parent communication to ensure retention.
• Fee Collection: Ensure timely monthly fee collection and manage late fees.
• Administration: Track enrollment, attendance, and report performance to the Head of Kids Time.
• Team Coordination: Support teachers to deliver high-quality education and mentor staff.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• High trial class enrollment conversion.
• Zero dropout rate.
• Timely fee collection.
• Positive parent feedback.

Salary:

BDT 25,000–35,000 + incentives (BDT 3,000 for zero dropouts, BDT 100 per new enrolment)

Additional Details:

Hours: Full-time, flexible based on class schedules.

Weekend: Friday.

Probation: 6 months.

Growth: Performance-based incentives reviewed post-probation, with potential for growth.
