Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters/ Master of Education (M.Ed) / MBA / Foreign degree
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: IB Curriculumn Training
∎ Skills Required: Administration, English speaking, Faculty/ Trainer, Teaching Experience

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Education Administration/ Management, Education Counseling

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Academic Responsibilities:
∎ Overall supervision and coordination of the syllabus and lesson plan of the subjects for that particular segment.
∎ Take overall responsibility for curriculum planning and its implementation with appropriate liaison with the Principal and Teacher in Charge.
∎ Monitor the work of respective teachers in ensuring that the curriculum is delivered effectively to all pupils and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary, advised by the Principal.
∎ Observe the classrooms and the students' activity during the class time.
∎ Provide Principal weekly information relating to classroom teaching issues and for appraisal purposes
∎ The Vice Principal, Academic is expected to take classes if required by the Principal.
∎ Management Responsibilities:
∎ Take responsibility and perform regular meeting with parents and consult over students' progress.
∎ Advise and guide parents regarding curriculum issues and disciplinary issues of the school.
∎ Take responsibility for child protection issues as appropriate.
∎ Administrative Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure good staff relationships and effective communication in conjunction with other members of the Senior Management Team
∎ Monitor hygienic issue and tidiness of the campus regularly.
∎ Work with the Principal to deliver professional training for all staff including quality coaching and mentoring.
∎ Undertake any professional duties, reasonably delegated by the Principal.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Specialized knowledge in academic year planning and implementation.
∎ Ability to lead teams with tested outcomes.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Good level of proficiency in English (both verbal & written).
∎ Teaching experience in reputed English medium schools.
