∎ Looking after general operation of the school.
∎ Monitoring, upgrading and implementing academic and administrative rules/system.
∎ Designing and implementing systems and activities to foster students’ growth in terms of number, educational, cultural and mental development.
∎ Overseeing administrative works
∎ Managing and supervising subordinates in terms of academic and administrative system of the school.
∎ Crisis Management regarding students, parents and employees.
∎ Ensuring overall effective school management (single handed) in terms of growth, academic and administrative systems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ 7 years’ relevant experience in similar position in English Medium School.
∎ Effective leadership, direction and coordination skills
∎ Ability to accept challenges
∎ Crisis Management skills
∎ Creative thinking and Analytical problem solving skills
∎ Smart and well conversant with professionalism
∎ Fluency in English
∎ Strategic thinker
∎ Ability to work as a team.
