Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Education (M.Ed) in English
∎ Masters degree in English from any reputed University having English medium background / Foreign degree holder will get the preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Teaching/ Training, TOT (Training of Teachers)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take the challenge of leading in innovative ways to ensure the quality of education
∎ Coordinate, guide and train the teachers and admin staff
∎ Guide and train the new teachers to get used to the system of the school.
∎ To prepare routines and make sure that teachers take classes properly and timely
∎ To make strategic plans for admissions
∎ To solve academic and administrative problems of teachers, students, guardians/ Parents as and when it requires
∎ To organize Annual programs (Science Fair, Cultural Programs, Debates etc.)
∎ To take initiative whenever it is necessary in order to uphold the image of the School
∎ To prepare the teachers' Performance Report and forward to the Principal
∎ To look after the academics and administrative activities of the school
∎ To lead the Teachers-Parents Association
∎ To implement the decision of organizing body in all steps of the school
∎ To make annual report of the school

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong computer skills and proficiency
∎ Fluency in oral, written English .
∎ Competent in office administration skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Excellent communication and listening abilities
∎ Should have leadership, organizational, time management and multitasking facilities

Salary: Negotiable
