Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take the challenge of teaching in innovative ways to ensure quality of education
∎ To engage in action -research
∎ To report directly to the coordinator of the respective class
∎ You will be evaluated in a 360 degree approach to explore your skills in a better way.
∎ Capable of conducting classes from PG - Standard 5
∎ Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials and actively involve in developing curriculum
∎ Evaluate students' assignments and written works
∎ Teach actively using up to date teaching methodology
∎ All academic responsibilities related to students exam, prepare report cards, parents dealing, keep parents up to date on students' progress and other duties as the position requires
∎ Active participation in School Events
∎ Monitoring students carefully
∎ Ability to communicate with children according to their ages
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical ability and futuristic thinking capability
∎ Good Innovation and Invention skill to face the challenge
∎ Preferably English medium background
∎ Training on teaching-methodology will be an added advantage
∎ Computer literacy on MS Office, Power Point etc
