Job Context:
∎ Bangladesh Association for Community Education (BACE) is a Non-Government non-profit organization established in 1977. BACE is going to establish Nursing Institute at Sonargaon Upazila of Narayangonj district adjacent to the BACE integrated hospital. At the primary stage BACE will recruit a Vice Principal for the Nursing Institute.
∎ Workplace: Sonargaon Upazila, Narayangonj.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist as a co-lead in operations of the Nursing Institute.
∎ Work closely with students, community, government official, local govt. authority, nursing council and government health institute.
∎ Handle student admission affairs, management of practical education, arrange hands-on education of students in contracted government hospitals.
∎ Implement organization policies for operational procedures of the nursing institute.
∎ Manage administrative affairs with medical education and learning process.
∎ Supervise and improve teaching learning process of student.
∎ Oversee budgeting and accounting, as well as develop monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for head office.
∎ Meet financial targets while maintaining the institute budget.
∎ Lead the marketing efforts to ensure student admission.
∎ Lead as student hostel management.
∎ Prepare work schedules for instructors, office staff, hostel staff and other staff of the institute.
∎ Develop monthly, half yearly and yearly progress reports.
∎ Updated on healthcare laws, regulations including nursing law and policy.
∎ Other duties as needed by Higher Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ At least 5 year(s) experience in managerial level. Preference will be given who have experienced in Nursing institute management.
∎ Good understanding of management, reporting, budgeting, HR Analytics and implementer.
∎ Hands on experience in conducting disciplinary procedures.
∎ Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good analytical and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and make critical decision.
∎ Highly motivated, and passionate.
