∎ Master of Arts (MA) in Education, Master of Science (MSc) in Science
∎ Master’s degree in Education / Educational Leadership / Science/ Administration (PhD strongly preferred).
∎ B.Ed. or PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
∎ Master’s degree in Education / Educational Leadership / Science/ Administration (PhD strongly preferred).
∎ B.Ed. or PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.

∎ Applicant should be Islamic minded
∎ Minimum 5-10 years of teaching experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or administrative role (Head Teacher, Vice Principal, etc.)
∎ Strong command of English (written and spoken)
∎ Ability to lead and mentor a diverse team of teachers and staff
∎ Experience in curriculum development (preferably British/International)
∎ Familiarity with educational assessments, reporting, and school inspections
∎ Strong understanding of Islamic values and how to incorporate them into the school
∎ culture
∎ Ability to guide staff and students in maintaining an Islamic environment
∎ Experience in or openness to organizing Islamic events, Quran classes, or values-based programs
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills with students, staff, and parents
∎ Strong decision-making and conflict resolution ability
∎ Experience building partnerships with parents, the community, and shareholders.
∎ Experience in operational skills such as Financial acumen to manage budgets, school resources, and fee structures; ability to plan long-term growth and handle enrollment targets.
∎ Excellent/Comfortable with digital tools for school management systems and reporting
