Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Supervise and mentor teachers to ensure high-quality instruction.
Monitor student performance and implement academic improvement plans.
Ensure discipline and a positive learning environment.
Coordinate between teachers, students, parents, and school management.
Organize examinations, academic events, and extracurricular activities.
Conduct teacher training and professional development programs.
Maintain compliance with school policies and education board regulations.
Assist the Principal in administrative and operational tasks.
Prepare academic reports and present them to the management.
Maintain accurate student records and manage application documents.
