Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor company's overall budget in collaboration with the Head Of company's departments.
∎ Monitor company finances in collaboration with Head of Finances and Administration.
∎ Organize working process in between the Head Of company's departments and lead weekly or monthly coordination meeting.
∎ Monitor the implementation and proper executions of All events operations.
∎ Manage overall events coordination when General Manager is not on-site.
∎ Manage human resources and hiring process of new employees.
∎ Insure application of internal company rules.
∎ Ensuring that the team understands that the organization's profits and achievements are reflected in all its operations and activities- including relationships and risk management.
∎ Meet targets and those of the team as a whole.
∎ Contribute to training and development of the team.
∎ Maintain overall organization responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory, regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations and insert as applicable e.g. Best Practice Guidelines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
