Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze vendor performance and identify performance trends, work with appropriate stakeholders to take corrective action, as necessary, to improve performance expectations
∎ Develop, implement and ensure necessary contract management by tracking validity of contract and other contractual obligation, by making aware to all stakeholders and end users
∎ Develop Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) to measure vendor deliverable and suggest major improvement areas as per requirement
∎ Develops reporting and analytics to manage performance standards on existing vendors
∎ Analyzes vendor performance and identify performance trends, take corrective action, as necessary, to improve performance expectations
∎ Proactively collaborate with Internal stakeholders and external parties for contract and vendor management strategies and support the development and continuous improvement of processes on contract and vendor performance management
∎ Implement process and tool to manage claims by vendors and oversee all electronic claims processes and evaluate all acceptance documents and prepare claims reports for invoicing
∎ Ensure staff is equipped with the requisite knowledge; identify training requirements to develop subordinates; manage the performance of direct reports through objective setting, continuous support and feedback

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-8 years of experience in relevant field
∎ Required Knowledge & Skills
∎ Sound knowledge of contract management policies and processes
∎ Excellent understanding of Vendor Performance management techniques and principles
∎ Good understanding of international, Bangladeshi business law and import regulations
∎ Good understanding of Technology Functions with Telecom network also processes
∎ Understanding of international, Bangladeshi business law and import regulations
∎ Good understanding of GSM technology and its evolution
∎ Excellent Negotiation and Analytical Skill
∎ Ability to handle appropriate routing procedures for contracts
∎ Good understanding of vendors' rules and limitations
∎ Prioritizing, planning and organizing ability
∎ Good understanding of Technology Budget Management
