Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The job responsibilities for the position are as follows:·       1. Manage Annual Tax Return Submission, Documentation, and Tax Hearings, Company Tax & VAT. 2. Return Submission, Assessment, Hearings, and Appeal Tribunal submissions. 3. Ensure annual Tax return and Tax audit preparation for all business units. 4.  Tax Planning, mitigating the tax burden efficiently, and ensuring compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations. 5. Coordinate tax audits with the tax authorities and lawyers and manage the tax provision and tax compliance process.         6. Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns (Mushok - 9.1) and other related documents as such Review all financial records, systems, and control processes of the company as per accounting standards and tax laws.     7. Work independently and have sufficient knowledge regarding Export-Import, Customs procedures, VAT & Tax rules related to Export and Import.
