∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ 2-3 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs and projects.
∎ Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
∎ Strong understanding of graphic design principles and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
∎ Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing tools.
∎ Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and front-end development basics (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs.
∎ Analyze user feedback and behavior to improve design decisions.
∎ Create user personas and journey maps to enhance the user experience.Wireframing & Prototyping
∎ Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
∎ Design responsive layouts for web and mobile applications.
∎ Iterate designs based on user testing and stakeholder feedback.Visual Design
∎ Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
∎ Maintain consistency with brand identity, typography, and color schemes.
∎ Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.Usability Testing & Improvements
