- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Working in cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices.
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions is a plus .
Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user behavior, design principles, and the latest industry trends to deliver intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Key Responsibilities
User Research & Analysis
- Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs.
- Analyze user feedback and behavior to improve design decisions.
- Create user personas and journey maps to enhance the user experience.
Wireframing & Prototyping
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Design responsive layouts for web and mobile applications.
- Iterate designs based on user testing and stakeholder feedback.
Visual Design
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Maintain consistency with brand identity, typography, and color schemes.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
Usability Testing & Improvements
- Conduct A/B testing and usability tests to refine UI/UX elements.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX issues to improve user engagement.
- Continuously optimize UI/UX designs based on data-driven insights.
