Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in Urban and Regional Planning in any public university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare master plan/ layout as required for Township, Residential Housing Project.
∎ Prepare GIS and civil 3D based Road Network plan, Utility services Network plan (Gas, Electricity and Water etc.), Drainage Network plan, Traffic Circulation plan for the residential projects.
∎ Capable to deal with the consultants and various Govt. agencies, public /private organizations for the purposed residential projects to fulfill their planning rules, regulations and other requirements.
∎ To oversee the substantial survey activities of the project area with consultants and project personals.
∎ Any other planning tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ BIP membership.
∎ Good command, communication and presentation skill.

Salary: Negotiable
