∎ Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field.
∎ 5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
∎ Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
∎ Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
∎ Ability to lead and inspire a team.

∎ Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to delivery.
∎ Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and business requirements.
∎ Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
∎ Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate designs.
∎ Establish and maintain design standards and guidelines.
∎ Mentor and guide junior designers.
∎ Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to delivery.
