Mas Formation, a sister concern of Faiza Express, is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and user-focused UI/UX Designer & Graphic Designer to join our design team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building intuitive digital experiences while contributing to strong brand identities across multiple business units.

This position is strictly for candidates who are available to join from February 1. Only applicants meeting this joining requirement are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered UI/UX for websites, web applications, and landing pages

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and UX analysis to enhance digital experiences

• Create wireframes, user flows, customer journeys, and interactive prototypes

• Design high-quality graphic materials, including social media creatives, ads, banners, brochures, and marketing assets

• Develop and maintain brand identity assets, including logos, icons, design systems, and style guides

• Work closely with development, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistency across all designs

• Support multiple brands under Faiza Express, ensuring unified design standards

• Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility

• Prepare final, production-ready files for digital platforms and print

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve output quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and user-centered design methodologies

• Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD, including component-based design systems and prototyping

• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout systems, and visual hierarchy

• Experience in responsive and mobile-first design

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a structured work environment

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

• A professional portfolio demonstrating both UI/UX process and graphic design expertise

Experience Level

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred

• Highly skilled fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply
