∎ We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma and Motiff Design to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our AI-powered learning platform, web applications, and mobile interfaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, user research experience, and a passion for EdTech innovation.

∎ Responsibilities
∎ ✔ Design User Interfaces & Experiences – Create visually appealing, user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications.
∎ ✔ Figma Prototyping – Build interactive prototypes and wireframes using Figma.
∎ ✔ Motiff Design Implementation – Apply design components and frameworks in Motiff for scalable UI design.
∎ ✔ User Research & Testing – Conduct UX research, usability testing, and iterate based on user feedback.
∎ ✔ Collaborate with Developers – Work closely with frontend engineers and product teams to ensure seamless implementation.
∎ ✔ Maintain Design Consistency – Create and maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and UI libraries.
∎ ✔ Optimize for Performance & Accessibility – Ensure designs follow UX best practices, responsiveness, and accessibility standards.

∎ Requirements
∎ ✅ Proficiency in Figma – Strong experience in UI design, prototyping, and wireframing.
∎ ✅ Motiff Design Expertise – Experience designing and implementing Motiff-based UI components.
∎ ✅ Understanding of UX Principles – Ability to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences for web and mobile.
∎ ✅ Collaboration Skills – Ability to work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams.
∎ ✅ Strong Portfolio – Showcase of previous UI/UX projects in Figma & Motiff.

∎ Nice-to-Have Skills
∎ ➕ Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or AI-powered platforms.
∎ ➕ Knowledge of Front-End Technologies (HTML, CSS, React/Next.js).
∎ ➕ Experience with user testing tools like Hotjar or usability testing frameworks.
