Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in tutoring and curriculum development at the K12 level, with a focus on STEM, coding, or robotics.
∎ Demonstrated ability to design and implement engaging, technology-driven courses.
∎ Proficiency with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Scratch) and robotics platforms (e.g., LEGO Mindstorms, Arduino).
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ K12 Core Subjects: Mathematics, English, Science, Social Studies, and more.
∎ SAT Prep: Reading, Writing, Mathematics, and Test Strategies.
∎ Coding & Robotics: From introductory courses using Scratch and Python to advanced projects with LEGO Mindstorms and Arduino.\
∎ Ensure that each curriculum integrates digital tools and interactive components.
∎ Lead one-on-one and group tutoring sessions, leveraging the TutorsPlan AI Agent Tutor for real-time feedback and adaptive learning.
∎ Utilize the AI Agent to personalize instruction, monitor student progress, and adjust teaching strategies dynamically.
∎ Serve as a bridge between traditional tutoring methods and innovative AI-driven techniques, ensuring a seamless learning experience.
∎ Champion the use of the TutorsPlan AI Agent Tutor as a core component of your teaching strategy.
∎ Incorporate various digital platforms and interactive media to enrich lessons and engage students.
∎ Stay updated with emerging AI trends and educational technologies to continuously improve instructional methods.
∎ Work closely with fellow educators and subject experts to refine course content.
∎ Gather and analyze feedback from students, parents, and peers to enhance the effectiveness of both traditional and AI-enhanced teaching methods.
∎ Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to optimize learning outcomes.
∎ Collect and analyze feedback from students, parents, and peers to continuously improve course effectiveness and relevance.
