Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Automobile, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good planning and organizational skills.
∎ The ability to work under pressure.

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct and coordinate activities of vehicle operations in a systematic manner.
∎ To ensure employees on time arrival and departure with due care company provided transport facility from different direction towards factory location following common road mapping to secure journey as required.
∎ Overseeing the driver management, fuel management.
∎ Ensure smooth maintenance of the vehicles. Liaison with the workshops from time to time.
∎ Organizing , Managing , Maintaining Supplier and people Management program.
∎ Review, reconcile the transportation cost, recommend cost effective transportation channel, and analyze expenditures and other financial information in order to develop plans, policies, and budgets for increasing profits and improving services.
∎ Conduct regular vehicle inspection programs as well as maintain records of the observed facts.
∎ Mechanic, Drivers and vehicle workshop monitoring, Vehicle tracking.
∎ To ensure that proper inventory of all components of vehicles are maintained and checked frequently.
∎ Liaison with traffic department, BRTA, civil govt. administration for smooth transport operations, BRTA documentation (Tax, Fitness, and Route Permit) and others document renewal and solving.
∎ To prepare weekly/monthly report on consumption of CNG, Diesel & Octane.
∎ Prepare expenditure and efficiency report on each individual transport and make comparative analysis to optimize the cost.
∎ Assess and complete necessary repair and maintenance of the transports as and when required.
∎ Ensuring company compliance to all transport policies, legislation and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Automobile, logistic management, Transport Management
Salary: Negotiable
