Job Context:
∎ Job Type - Office Desk Job
∎ Work Schedule: 6 days a week, from 9 AM to 6 PM
∎ Salary: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and managing learning & e-learning courses and other digital learning content.
∎ Review training course modules, and materials to ensure their quality.
∎ Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
∎ Managing the training budget.
∎ Developing and implementing training programs.
∎ Staying up-to-date on training trends and best practices.
∎ Organize new batches as well as new courses.
∎ Collaboration with the Trainers and Co-operate with them.
∎ Working with instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
∎ Coordinate review cycles, consolidate feedback, and facilitate revisions as needed.
∎ Using learning analytics to track learner progress and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Apply new knowledge and insights to improve the overall quality of training modules.
∎ Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, trainers, and project managers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced from IT Training Academy. (Web Development, Front-End, Backend, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, Visual and graphics, etc.)
∎ Track record in designing and executing successful training Programs.
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
∎ Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
