Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree from reputed local or international university degree preferably in Engineering Discipline
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Demonstrate understanding of Operational Excellence (OE)/Health, Environment and Safety
∎ Demonstrate Operation and Maintenance (O&M) skill training objectives, adhere to and utilize the company employee training standard procedure
∎ Demonstrate Contractor Health Environment and Safety Management (CHESM) procedure for employee & contractor;
∎ Participate in structuring of new and existing training matrix, database and programs in place.
∎ Administer Company's Learning Management System tool
∎ Administer Company's Competency Management System tool
∎ Develop training strategies based on employee training aligning with organizational and individual requirement. Builds and implements long range training plans
∎ Design and develop Training modules as per corporate and business unit requirements
∎ Administer test to assess and certify trainee's application of knowledge/skills
∎ Review evaluation results to identify delivery improvement opportunities.
∎ Provide support to Operating Procedures management and Competency management program as needed
∎ Administer O&M craft competency trainings as needed
∎ Perform Quality Analysis on the developed training contents in Microsoft Power Point
∎ Work with course creators to standardize course contents
∎ Manage field-based process safety audits including tracking, storing, communicating and following up action items
∎ Provides input to competency model, training matrix, training map and curriculum.
∎ Performs audits to determine possible training needs.
∎ Carry out post training evaluations.
∎ Develop/ support preparing routine competency management report to management.
∎ Prepare meeting minutes of different meetings and follow up action items
∎ Supporting OA advisor in different assigned tasks.
∎ Supporting trainer even in some cases by providing training

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Understanding in general Health, Environment and Safety standards & procedures.
∎ Skills in Presentation & communication in both Bangla and English.
∎ Proficiency in advance Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Power Point and Visio
∎ Proficiency in training data management and training program coordination.
∎ The successful candidate shall be deployed in Multinational Company, our client engaged in Oil & Gas sector in Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Cell Phone Allowance BDT 1,500/- per month.
∎ Per Diem allowance BDT 500/- per working day.
∎ Overtime Eligibility.
∎ Transport Allowance BDT 900/-each way trip.
∎ 14 days on/ 14 days off basis
∎ Daily rate applicable (Monthly salary to convert to day rate)
∎ Group life Insurance coverage.
∎ Hospitalization Insurance coverage.
